Google shows old posts

I found that when I googled myself - LOL - the results show a page from this forum. Comes from Old Posts and shows the whole thread that I had started.  Will all the old posts show the same way if
a user who has a post in the "old" section is googled?

This depends more on Google's search algorithm than whether they posted on my site. You might not get results that are highly ranked (on the first page when you do a search) if a name is more common.
