It is only as reliable as using the list from grownupgeek.com and looking for them yourself. If the respective sites change the code that would usually let you find them, it is up to the users on tho GuG to send update the list, since my script uses that list to check.
Remember, this will only let you fully check if you can see a profile's full page (not private profiles)
