HITS Page Not Showing Up At All

Hello everyone.  :D I have a membership here and my payment went through this month just fine. I am able to view stats on my profile just fine too. When I click the HITS link right next to view stats however, it tells me I need a membership with you guys in order to use it. It does not even bring up the box to put in a myspace id to search just a large page explaining how to be a member.

I read the other issues people are having with HITS just showing small amounts of info and that is not my problem. I don't even get that far. This is sudden, HITS has been working for me just fine. I use Firefox and have not added anything new to it so I am a little confused. Anyone else getting this and if so, any resolution?

I want to add that I have tried the logging in and out thing and that did not work.

My subscription is on auto renew, I am not new so it's not like I just didn't click to add HITS to my account. Just making sure I pointed that out since others suggested that in other posts.

It came back for a few days and again it's gone, doing the same thing. I really don't want to have to cancel my subscriptions but one of the main reasons why I pay for this service is not working like it should.

Can someone please guide me. Is there someone I should e-mail? It says to go here to the support forums so this is why I am posting.

Have you tried refreshing the page (hit the F5) key while you're on the site. It might be your computer thinking it's still offline even though it works. No one else has reported not being able to access HITS. If the problem continues please post the following details.

Who is your ISP?
What kind of connection do you have (Cable, DSL, dialup)?
What browser are you using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome)?
What operating system (Windows XP, Vista, 7, Mac os X)?
