hits not working

my hits button has always worked fine until I checked it a couple days ago and hasn't worked since. It shows everyone as Public and doesn't give any information at all about the id I put in. Help!

Mine has also not been working for the last couple of days ... seems like I noticed it around the 4th of July  :(

Oh I've tried both IE and FF too - HITS isn't working right either way and shows the red X rather than the photo, and PUBLIC but no info.
