You do not have access to HITS! but i have a subscription!!!!

Hello I signed up the other day, and paid for a subscriction. Everything has been working great, and then this morning my view stats and all still work, but when i go to HITS i get a big orange bar that says You do not have access to HITS! Access to the scripts now requires a membership to ProfileTracker.us.

I just checked my paypal history and it's all there...whats going on?  Plz advise..thank you

You can try logging out of the forums and logging back in, then try accessing HITS.

hello and ty for responding...I have logged in and out of the forums here several times today and still the same thing. i just did it again and have the same results...hits just gives the the you do not have access thing with instructions on how to sign up...I have tried with both firefox and IE..with the same results...everyhing was working fine up until today...i signed up just 3 days ago i believe...and like i said paypal reflects the charge in the history, so im not sure whats goin on.  the ony thing that is not working now is HITS...?

You will need to log in to the forums at http://forums.profiletracker.us/ first before you can use HITS.

It did the same thing to me this morning. All you have to do is sign up again on the page where it tells you to log in or register. Just use your same log-in info. You will receive an activation code via e-mail and you will click on the link and it will activate you. It does not charge you again. Then you will have access to HITS...hope this helps

Actually you shouldn't need to sign up again at all. Logging into the forums using the link I provided should suffice.

and yes, I've logged in and out and shut down and started again etc. Not working.

It was acting up a bit all wekk where you could not see the picture first and then you could see no info at all actually and now I am getting the message
